BlackFreelancer’s core product team has been working hard over the last few months to develop a novel platform that connects knowledge workers and creatives with corporations. In the coming days, we’ll be graduating from closed to open Beta!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve invited a limited number of freelancers and corporations to demo the platform, receive feedback and make adjustments to the user experience.
We’re eternally grateful to everyone who has volunteered their time to help redefine the #futureofwork and look forward to collaborating with our growing community to effect change!

The launch of BF Beta is focused on offering businesses access to an untapped, vetted pipeline of talent from across the globe that is excited to find and excel in their next career opportunity. At launch, we’ll expose you to thousands of technical and creative talent around the world that are open to exploring both fractional and permanent career opportunities.
BF for Freelancers
Beginning today, you can visit blackfreelancer.com, claim your username and create an immersive professional profile that showcases recent projects that you’ve completed, articles that you’ve written on Medium/Substack and create a payment profile via our partnership with Stripe that allows for you to receive peer-to-peer payments from employers. In the future, you will be able to earn rewards tokens via our partnership with the Near Foundation.

Freelancers may claim 1 of 1 username (i.e. blackfreelancer.com/sterling),
Freelancers may create a professional profile consisting of their projects, social media accounts, and a brief bio in minutes.
Freelancers may utilize Calendly integration to connect with potential hirers.
Companies may create corporate accounts in minutes.
Companies may create job posts and manage job posts via Dashboard.
Companies may search and view a list of freelancers with their bios and skills.
Freelancers and Companies may use 2 way instant messaging to discuss conditions of work and project details
Coming Soon
Freelancers may track time within the platform on a per-project basis
Freelancers may create a payment account via Stripe integration and invoice clients directly (within the USA at launch, with more companies shortly after)
Companies may save their payment information for paying freelancers
