Hi Everyone,
Black Freelancer Founder, Sterling Smith here 👋🏾!
Just a reminder that you have until Monday, February 28th to submit an original piece on what “I Am Black Freelancer” means to you for Black Freelancer’s Black Future Month Contest.
We’ve already heard from incredible community members like Visual Experience Creator, Chris Tobar who defines a Black Freelancer as…
Creating the freedom to building up the culture around you. The Piece I created is about a queen from our past that brings us to our future.
While I am certainly not an artist, what being a Black Freelancer means to me is taking ownership of my time and using it to create products and networks that increase access and opportunities to the other up-and-coming hustlers and creatives that I may never meet IRL.
This contest means a lot not just to me, but the the Black Freelancer community. The creative talents we share with the world are a manifestation of our ancestor’s dreams. So in the final few days, please help me show case your artwork and share what being a Black Freelancer means to you!
